Lacey is a one on one trainer, health coach, certified Peak Pilates Instructor and Integrative Health Practitioner Student. Through integrative, Ayurvedic, and functional modalities, Lacey works with her clients to create bio-individualized plans to restore balance and wellness in the body.
Lacey works with her clients online and by appointment at her private studio, ATX GYM in Austin, Texas. Lacey helps her clients find the underlying root cause of why they might not feel their best. Her specialties include diet, movement, lifestyle, functional medicine focusing on auto-immune diseases, detoxification, emotional health, gut restoration, and hormonal health. Lacey guides and encourages her client's to create lifestyle changes to achieve a happier, healthier life!
What to expect on your first online holistic health coaching session with Lacey?
If this is your first time visiting with me I want to welcome you with a warm hug and congratulations on embarking towards bettering your health. In the "Book A Session" section below you will select Complimentary Consultation. During our virtual consultation, I will go through a series of comprehensive questions with you in order to understand your priorities, symptoms and concerns, health history and lifestyle. This typically takes around 45 minutes. Once I have a full understanding of where you are and what you'd like to accomplish I will provide recommendations and a detailed plan based around your goals. We record all our progress each week together during our sessions. My priorities as your coach are to provide you with the best service, hold you accountable and get you outstanding results.

What is holistic health?
This ancient health practice considers the whole person and how he or she interacts with his or her environment. It emphasizes the connection of mind, body and spirit.
Holism is the theory that the parts of any whole cannot exist and cannot be understood except in their relation to the whole body; “holism holds that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts”; that parts of a whole are in intimate interconnection, such that they cannot exist or be understood independently of the whole. The principles of holism have been around since the time of Hippocrates, 2500 years ago and even earlier than the eastern healing traditions of Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine.
Treat the whole person: body, mind and spirit.
This Holistic theory is applicable to the 4 interrelated dimensional parts:
